"Beautiful little studio apartment. Very clean, nice bedding, comfy mattress. Elegant decor and great bathroom. All amenities you would expect. So central - a bit noisy so you will need to close windows. But you are central on the Headrow so it’s what you would expect. I would recommend and will be back. "

"I booked the Novotel months ago, this was changed to the Mercure but not by me weeks ago. I received the customary welcome email 24 hours before from the Mercure. I arrived at my hotel and wasn’t able to gain entry - eventually someone arrived to say I’d be transferred to The Novotel. On arrival at The Novotel I explained the position and quite frankly the reception staff weren’t interested - no comment and no apology. "Stopped here a number of times, as its very handly placed above the train station and so in the city centre. Staff always friendly and the rooms are nice. "
