"We booked because they had a great outdoor area and pool. Both were unavailable and appeared to have been for some time. When I asked about it I was continually pushed from person to person. Once I checked out they offered me a complimentary lunch for the next day! I was in a different city by then. Felt very orchestrated and SOP"

"Overall, I would recommend. I felt safe being there as there was security to get through. The staff inside and outside were great and always ready to help. The room was a great size in accommodating three persons. The tub looked a little dirty but I had no intentions of using it. Otherwise, it was clean and the bed was super comfy. Also, the WiFi was a little spotty. Otherwise, it was a good stay. "
