"Clean and charming hotel, mostly French speaking and whilst we were there mostly over 65 aged guests. Nice food. Lots to do and my sons in 20s loved it"

Le personnel nous reconnaît, ce qui rend l’accueil particulièrement agréable. L’équipe est constamment courtoise, professionnelle et chaleureuse, ce qui contribue beaucoup à la qualité de l’expérience. À chaque visite, nous retrouvons cette atmosphère conviviale qui nous donne envie de revenir. Nous souhaiterions toutefois apporter une petite nuance. Avec cette fidélité et cette régularité, un suivi plus attentif de nos préférences rendrait nos séjours encore plus agréables. Lorsque nous venons au Mövenpick, nous recherchons avant tout le confort. Nous apprécierions donc que cette fidélité soit accompagnée d’une attention particulière à ce niveau. Les éventuels surclassements ne devraient pas se faire au détriment du confort : une chambre calme, avec des installations rénovées, est pour nous essentiel. C’est d’ailleurs l’une des principales raisons pour lesquelles nous choisissons le Mövenpick."

"Amenities of a 5 star hotel but quality control of a 4 star hotel (e.g. fridge not plugged in, chain to terrace nearly impossible to close, being given used napkins for breakfast). The pools are all great and we didn't expect to get free drinks and cake, which we appreciated. Staff mostly very friendly and welcoming, but one of the bar guys was questioning both me and my partner about our relationship/martial status and that made me uncomfortable. Food was fine, but generally didn't seem to have been salted. We went out for dinner in town and got better food there for a lot less money. Still we overall enjoyed the hotel and were grateful for the staff."
