"When we arrived the house was 90 degrees, the downstairs air conditioning unit was not working. We called and someone supposedly came out Saturday while we weren’t home. When we returned it still was not fixed and when we called again we did not receive a return call. It was the hottest week of the summer, so air conditioning would have made our stay a little better. We paid a pretty steep cleaning fee and the outside decks and furniture were covered in bugs, dirt and cob webs. Spiders...

Ants in kitchen/bugs in other rooms, burned out light bulb in large first floor bedroom and upstairs closet, windows/screens/sills need a power cleaning in every room, not toiletries or Kleenex, digital entrance was very temperamental"
