"Good location, only 3 mins walk to the main cable car station. The ski storage is also very convenient. Service is good but the hotel hasn’t provide bottle water to the room everyday."

"The room was spacious, warm and inviting, with comfortable bed and seating areas, and a balcony with spectacular views. The location was ideal for exploring the surrounding areas. The breakfast was wonderful with a wide selection. The associated restaurant has extraordinary dining. Your hosts are most welcoming and helpful with recommendations for the area. "Booked last minute for a 1-day ski trip, we loved this place. Great amenities, wonderful super friendly staff, continental breakfast was awesome (especially if you’re used to US continental bfast…). Incredible Gym area downstairs and lockers to store your ski gear (even after you checkout!). Only thing missing was a spa/hottub!! "

"My stay was disappointing due to poor service. Housekeeping was non-existent—they gave us cleaning supplies instead of cleaning the room. They also charge extra for coffee refills, which felt unreasonable. The hammam only worked for one of the three days we were there. To make matters worse, I was double-charged and had to call five times, waiting over a week to get my money back. The reception was almost always empty, making it hard to address issues. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless...
