This hotel is set around nice lawns and gardens, is quiet and serene. Staff are very helpful and always pleasant to guests. English is limited but good enough to communicate. They have basic western breakfast which is nice. The restaurant is pleasant and has a lot of choices, including western dishes. We enjoyed our stay here.

Great service from the staff.Airconditioning worked well, but needs more regular maintanence done .Good car spaces to park in.Cose to the night market.

Excellent except for hard bed and no safe

It was handy to markets and the staff were very helpful and friendly even with a language difference.

I think the rooms are good considering the low price, clean and very nice staff at the hotel. Only (small) issue was there was no chairs in the room, apart from that we were happy with our stay

Great room, very modern and spacious

Phant Hotel is clean and comfortable. Its bare essential hotel and no graces or flashy stuff but it works and for the group we were with being able to park motorbikes or cars right outside room is an advantage. Local area is so so but do have Robinsons supermarket close and PTT gas station close. If your only in Surin for a night passing through and not intending to make vacation there then the Phant for the money is good value

Good location near city centre. Adequate rooms and environment. Friendly and competent staff. Very attractive price.
