"Had fleas in the room. (My wife got mad leaf early. Didn't even want to eat breakfast. Got bit on the back of my neck and arm. Got up in the morning they were in the tub and on the wash clothes that we had used. I killed a few. And put them in a plastic bag. An took them to the front. Spoke to a young lady at the front desk. And told her about the situation. No manger came to speak to me at all . Have not heard from them yet. And the young lady said that they would call."

"The staff were polite and helpful. However, the hotel did not have an accessible room with a waterside view. I booked two rooms, we had to call down to reception to have the rooms cleaned two days in a row. The entire hotel needed to be overhauled and renovated, it appeared very run down. I have family who resides in the area and I would not stay there again."

"The hotel is very nice! I liked the staff. They were very helpful and kind! When I got there, I noticed that the bathroom needed to be cleaned a little better, but I mentioned it to the staff, and they quickly resolved the issue. The breakfast was good, and I enjoyed the beach behind the hotel."

"Staff were incredibly friendly, and the property itself was beautiful. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the restaurant and spent a great deal of time at the pool. Our room was also very spacious and clean. The only downside was the temperature in the room. Despite setting the AC to its lowest setting, temperatures reached 78–80°F during the day and remained around 75–78°F at night. Because the room was often uncomfortable, we ended up spending more time in the common areas. Fortunately, those spaces were lovely, and the staff throughout the property were consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would gladly return if the cooling issue were addressed. The exceptional staff and beautiful property made for a memorable experience."

"We came to our room about 1:30am and there was no towels or wash cloths in room so that we can take a shower. My son went downstairs the next morning around 9 am and the lady said that they had no clean linens. How you didn’t have any the whole day before or the next morning. Did they check the rooms. So mad I had to go buy towels to wash"
