"Outside varanda light stays on 24hrs The room has the light beaming in all night The hot and cold water. In the shower Is either boiling hot. Or cold. You have to pay extra for a made coffee at breakfast I think better value for money elsewhere"

"Room had problems. Paint chipping from furniture with mold in bathroom seals where friendly staff worked hard to keep it cleand. Restaurant furniture was very old, cracked, broken covering, food served at buffet was cold. Simply had to look for napkins/tissue papers where staff did not care about guest Hotel definitely not 5 star. Will not stay there in future"

"Very quiet, comfortable stay here. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us complimentary juice as we waited during check-in, opened doors for us, brought our luggage to our room. Room was clean and beautifully decorated, as was the rest of the hotel. Reasonably noise-proof and the street was pretty quiet around bedtime. Convenient access to Panakkukang Mall. Breakfast had a reasonable selection, with both Indonesian and Western food."
