"Staff was very nice. Room was perfect for me. They offered to change my room quickly once, but I told them thanks but no thanks. About 5 minute to a more street. About a 7 minute walk to a place called “The Temple Club”. If you have time definitely go there! Different tickets for live performances and so many restaurants to choose from too. It’s lively and people dress nice too. This hotel is on the famous street called guitar street. I would go back to this hotel. "

"The hotel is a great place to experience the Times Square like atmosphere of Avenida Paulista. Everything is within walking distance from the hotel and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Aos domingos, uma igreja presbiteriana funciona no local, o que é ótimo pra quem está em trânsito aos domingos. "

"Quarto estava sem cadeira na mesa de trabalho. Não havia travesseiro extras disponíveis (apenas 2). Banheira sem condições de uso por faltar tampa na drenagem. Argumentaram ser uma medida ecológica. Muito estranho. "

"Room was very spacious and great aircon. Staff were lovely and we enjoyed our time immensely by the pool on the sun. Great breakfast as well. Maybe a bit on the dates side and the gym was tiny with only the treadmill working."
