"The only downside to this property is that I booked and paid for an oceanfront room but was given a bottom floor semi facing ocean view. When I contacted the front office they informed me that the room I received was their oceanfront rooms. So just be aware that what they consider oceanfront is not a true oceanfront room."

"The place it’s ok for the price. I would never go back. The beach is the most disappointing part. It’s is not what we all see on the pics. Far from it. The food is ok. The drinks is probably the best part. The rooms is big but it has no bathroom door. So if you need to do number two everyone knows, sees, and smells. The back pool is also the quiet area. Too much going on on the main pool. Adults and kids screaming and yelling. Not sure why. The property is in good condition request first dollar accommodations. No elevator to get to the second or third floors. Net net. You get what you pay for. We experienced it…"

"Room were super clean all the time , menu in the buffet excellent, great service, staff from entertainment so cool, dancing specific the one we called electric, he will never stop dancing and having fun with you, the experience was super nice, we don’t want to go home!!! "The size of the space and the amazing view were stunning, the bedrooms were large with clean comfortable beds, but it quickly became obvious that many important details needed attention. The WiFi password was not available without calling service desk. The television in the living room had a malfunctioning remote and the cable service remote did not work at all. The television in the bedroom would turn on but had no inputs and no antenna. The bathrooms had limited light and and unknown residue all over the shower floor. The exhaust fan in the master bathroom on automatically with the bathroom light was extremely loud. The air conditioning in the living room did not work. Luckily the beautiful sliding doors could be opened to allow in a significant breeze until a repair tech arrived. There is were also a few roaches. Finally, it is just my opinion but aluminum cookware and a four cup coffee pot are probably not a good choice. Need better frying pans and a 12 cup coffee maker. Number of dishes, glasses, cups and silverware was excellent!!!"
