"Great location — just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the gondolas. The place is small but had what I needed for a comfortable stay. It could use a little TLC, and I had some trouble registering my car for the provided lot, so I ended up parking on the street, which was a bit stressful. It would also be helpful to have a couple of bottles of water in the unit in case you arrive late and stores are closed. The host was available when needed, which I really appreciated. Overall, a...

"The room was grimy and things didn't work. When I brought it up they just told me everything was fine. The shower curtain was just sitting on the top and slight movements would knock it, the bed was two different sized beds pushed together, the room smelled really intensely of cleaning supplies that took two days to air out, the soaps didn't open. The internet cut out right when I had an important meeting and they told me to "find the router". The closet was 50% full of things like a vacuum. "
