"Refused service dog with disabled traveler, then attempted to charge for service dog, then decided that they hadn’t received the payment for the booking when sharon paid in full to hotels.com. Male concierge hotelier was incredibly ignorant without any knowledge of use of service animals. Could not contact hotels.com provided ample evidence with emails of proof of payment plus also info from hotels.com site. Hotelier would not take any of this information insisting room had never been paid for...

"Stor morgenbuffet men mælk, juice, yoghurt var ikke på køl/koldt. Lidt nusset bestik, tallerkner. Meget venlig dame i receptionen. Alt i alt var det meget “budget”. "

"Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Leider hat es am Abend denn sehr lange gedauert ,manchmal ca. 45 min. bis das Essen kam. Ansonsten können wir das Hotel nur empfehlen, alles sehr schön und sauber."

"Wir haben einen sehr schönen, sehr sauberen Bungalow inmitten eines gepflegten und ruhigen Grundstücks vorgefunden. Es war alles vorhanden, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Wir konnten Tischtennis spielen, im Pool baden und grillen.Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und sehr darauf bedacht, dass es ihren Gästen an nichts fehlt.Wir haben die wenigen Tage sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder."
