"Jean Paul was an amazing host who supplied us with lots of lovely apple juice and also really helped us when our car broke down. The house was lovely and had a BBQ which we didn't use but was always available. The village is very quaint with a very small shop for bread (and toothbrushes!). Being fairly remote you need a car but theres two large supermarkets about 5 mins away and Selestat offers lots of larger shops as well as good rain connections to Colmer, Basel and Strasbourg. "Wij - familie bestaande uit 7 volwassenen en 4 kinderen - hebben een aangenaam verblijf gehad in Les Loges de Marianne. Zowel de binnen accomodatie als de buiten accomodatie voldeden volledig aan de beschrijving en waren zeer verzorgd. De aanbouw was zeker een meerwaarde.Zeer goede en efficiënte communicatie met de vriendelijke eigenaars, zowel vooraf als ter plaatse.Kortom een fijn vakantieverblijf!Ingrid"

"Innan vi bokade boendet hade vi läst de fina recensionerna. Boendet var ändå över förväntan. Fint, rent, bekvämt och lugnt. Barnen (10-14 år) tyckte om rummet med biljard. Marckolsheim är en fin och trevlig by."

Two problems: animal hair scattered around (cats and dogs are allowed); the heating of the apartment was poor - during the winter it can cause some problem to those who love warm home feeling."
