I have stopped at the hotel previously and booked again for convenience of location close to Europa Park. Easy drive up to park and also bus located outside car park which drops outside park. It is clean, staff always friendly

Friendly and helpful staff, early check-in (not guaranteed, of course), and a really good breakfast, including excellent ham, decent coffee, and some of the best scrambled eggs I've ever had in a hotel. My only gripe is an €8/day car parking fee, which I either didn't notice on Hotels.com, or wasn't listed there.

Our stay was comfortable and we found the rooms to be very modern and clean. Breakfast is just OK and a bit repetitive after 3 days. The staff are friendly and the location is super close to Europa Park which is what we needed. Food options are limited but if you drive to neighbouring towns there are decent restaurant choices. The major negative for me is not having daily maid service. I do understand the environmental benefit, but after 3 days we really needed fresh towels. You have to ask reception for them but reception were happy to oblige.

Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service! We had a great experience at the Holiday Inn, especially thanks to the amazing customer service. A big shoutout to Ms. Louis—she was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding throughout our stay. Initially, we booked one room for two adults and our two teenagers, which came with one double bed and a sofa bed. The only issue? Our teens—a boy and a girl—don’t always get along (typical sibling stuff!), and one of them even volunteered to sleep on the floor to avoid conflict. When we mentioned this to Ms. Louis, she immediately looked into a solution for us. Despite it being a busy Saturday near Europa Park, she worked her magic and found us two rooms across from each other, each with twin beds for the kids. It only cost a little extra, and it was absolutely worth it. Her effort truly made a difference in our stay! The rooms were a good size, very clean, and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. The hotel overall was well-maintained and welcoming. As for a couple of suggestions: the AC could be stronger—it was a bit weak, though we still slept comfortably. Also, having a mini-fridge and a microwave in the room would be a nice touch, especially for late-night snackers like us. That said, we had no complaints at all. Thank you, Holiday Inn—we’ll definitely be back!

Tolles Hotel zu einem angemessenen Preis (trotz Parkgebühren) angesichts der Nähe zum Europapark. Außerordentlich freundlicher Service (Carmen) und ein völlig ausreichendes Frühstücksangebot. Wir würden jedes Mal wieder hier buchen und dieses Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Frühstück nicht mehr ganz so üppig. Parkplätze NICHT mehr kostenlos was echt gar nicht geht ! ( 8 € pro Tag ) Schimmel in den Fugen der Dusche 👎 das geht besser. Man merkt dass kräftig gespart wird. Säuberung der Zimmer nicht mehr täglich und Handtücher werden nur auf Nachfrage bei der Rezeption getauscht. Nachdem es so viele Hotels rund um den Europa Park gibt, denke ich dass wir das nächste mal ein anders auswählen werden.

Es war alles sehr gut Frühstücksbuffet war super, es gab für jeden Geschmack etwas und auch Qualitativ hochwertige Auswahl. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und ausreichend, wenn man nur zum schlafen da ist. Kleines manko: im Badezimmer fehlen leider ein paar Haken und man kann leider das Fenster nur kippen.
