"The rooms are stunningly decorated, comfortable beds, great air conditioning, very clean. The common area are also breathtaking. The staff are also amizng and helped us book transportation and arranged a beach club day. This location is also close to all shopping and great dinning. The included breakfast was also great. "

"Es war ein sehr netter Aufenthalt und persönlich, familiär mit dem Vermieter-Ehepaar.
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Da wir als Radfahrer mehrere Tage Rennrad fuhren, hätten wir beim Frühstück etwas mehr alternativen gehabt, aber wir waren auch so zufrieden.
Insgesamt tolle Lage am Meer. Es war alles sehr schön und wir haben es für 8 Tage wirklich sehr nett gehabt. Man kann es für ein paar Tage bis eine Woche wirklich empfehlen. "

"A truly delightful stay. Borgo del Carato is beautifully restored, and located in beautiful surroundings. The first thing that struck us is how the air is rich with the scent of orange and wisteria blossom and the garden in the morning full of birdsong. "Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Very comfortable mattress with a great AC unit!!! Important on those hot Sicilian nights.
I rented the suite which was very spacious and full of 18th century charm.
The host was very informative at check in, explaining how to navigate the city center. All staff were wonderfully friendly.
Breakfast was delicious each morning and the hotel was very clean and well maintained.
A highlight was a private tour of the main palazzo, built in 1726. "

"The property is located in a beautiful area, far from the commotion of the cities... Authentic agriturismo with delicious home-made local products from their garden. The host and personnel is very helpful and friendly.
The downside is, like many places in Sicily, the non-stop barking of dogs around the property, which can be irritating when trying to sleep..."
