"Great stay and great staff. Rooms were a bit noisy as you can hear sounds from the hallway and other adjacent rooms. Besides that, only complaint is they didn’t have a “Do Not Disturb” sign in the room and housekeeping ended up walking in on me while I was asleep, they do start cleaning quite early. Room looked like pictures and hotel was unique. If you’re a younger traveler, the hotel caters more to an older crowd but the experience was still wonderful. "

"There was not hot water at night to take a shower and I was there during winter. Also, front desk was not knowledgeable about surroundings and when asked to stay 1 hour more in our checkout, they asked to charge 35 euros; I travel a lot and never was charge for 1 hour late checkout.
