"Listed as a “Luxury Hotel” - this is not a Luxury hotel. More a camping resort & SPA with rooms. There are often maintenance issues in a hotel, what matters is how they are handled. I expected the below to be resolved in hours, but it took three days: • Batteries in A/C (not actually air conditioning) remote - after asking 3 times was given the batteries out of the unit in reception. • No shower gel in shower - asked 3 times. Design issues: • Shower - no shelving, everything has to go on...

"Amazing place in a local village half an hour away from Prague. The great sunny weather gave us the opportunity to have tremendous morning hikes before going to Prague for the rest of the day. The only downside of staying at this place is, if you want to have a night out in Prague, one person from the group has to stay sober in order to drive back. However, the amazing view and the tracks through nature surrounding the village completely outweighs the driving issue."

"Property was in village view was nice but we had big problems, we push to get in property early and we arrived to Prague 8 30pm and from airport to this hotel journey is around 2 hours , after so much argument and bad support from Expedia team , we got this property around 11 pm and the person could not speak English and want 2000 cz cash for security deposit. We didn’t take cash , there was no instructions. And when we call for help , the Expedia team put the phone down, and told us we can’t...

"Stayed here for a business trip and added a couple of days on to see the local area. The hotel is of a good standard with English speaking staff and the attached restaurant is excellent. Good choice on the menu, reasonable pricing (meal for 2 people with a beer was £30) and breakfast has a very good selection of produce. I would stay here again if I needed to be in this area. Very happy customer."
