"Very clean and convenient to everything around."

"This property is way past its prime, like 50 years past its prime. It is a typical roadside motel that I grew up with in the 60's and 70's. I appreciate the owners trying to bring it back, but it is not close to modern standards. However, for one night with good AC, it was sufficient. And it was cheaper than the chain hotels."

"My husband and I came down to Pikeville for the Hillbilly Days Festival. This cabin was spotless, very nicely decorated, SUPER easy to check in. It was very quiet and peaceful. Exactly what we wanted and needed. Super close to restaurants and stores, and tourist attractions. We LOVED it here and will for sure be back."
