Booked this hotel after seeing other reviews. From the moment we checked in until we checked out 4 days later, everything was perfect. We had a superior room which was very comfy and spacious. The hotel staff were fantastic all the way through from front desk to dining. Make sure you do the free wine tasting session which was a lot of fun. Are at UCO the well rated hotel restaurant and was not disappointed. Breakfast included in the price was fantastic and a great start to the day Hotel had...

Amazing hotel from multiple perspectives: 1. Rooms - spacious and beautifully designed. We stayed in room with king bed x2, and the rooms were able to be connected when asked to provide convenience. I read all the reviews about this hotel before booking and I was slightly worried as I also booked for friends to stay at the same time as me. I can categorically say this is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel management should be complimented on their selection criteria and training, the staff are the best I have ever experienced in my years of travel. The staff are respectful, polite and go above and beyond to assist and make sure your experience in BA is enjoyable. What...
