"Absolutely outstanding week in a water bungalow. Excellent staff and service, facilities, food and could not have had a more brilliant time. It is a magical island and surrounded by unbelievably beautiful incredible sea life. Could not recommend more highly. Susil and Aalif in the outdoor dining, Schoag our room attendant, Shareef at the pool restaurant and Dinnusha the pool lady .... were all especially 5*****!"

"We stayed here overnight and we didn't do much but overall the experience was great. The owner Sameer was very helpful and arranged for us everything needed. He also has a restaurant called Pizza Palace, I really enjoyed the fish curry."

"Oh! Saii! Amazing! Beautiful island connected to other islands. High quality of service (quick & convenient app, staff w/respect), & everything was offered properly. Facility is maintained very well - I saw staff works hard everyday - Thank u so much! 🙏 Especially, Mr Shipon (for buggy), Mr Mahmud (Terra & Mar, & Miss Olive oyl), & Mr Mahmoud (Terra & Mar) with polite manner with nice smile, willing to help us at all times. A lot of options for food - restaurants, pool bar, in door & outdoor (live food station), in room dining, & more - price is decent & food quality is good! "

"We loved our time spent at VARU! The staff was super friendly and helpful! Lea at the Alena Spa was great! Balal took great care of our room and made sure we had plenty of water. Sonu was a fantastic hostess at Lime and Chili. Fiaz was such a sweet waiter, and Rahul was a fantastic manager. The grounds are gorgeous and the water is incredible! We went May 3-9th and the monsoons started about 3/4 of the way through the trip, but we loved it! Cooled the weather down a little bit. Lots of options for food. We never had anything we didn’t like. "

"Excellent customer service, our host Oshama was attentive, kind and always available to help. The hotel and restaurant are gorgeous and the food and drinks also good. The only thing we will add is the availability to go back and forward to Male, since there is a lot of fun that you miss by staying six days in the same place with limited options."
