He arranged for us to move to another room with a much better view, and on top of that, he kindly offered us access to the VIP breakfast lounge for the entire stay. "I found this hotel due to its proximity to the station as I wanted to be close for travelling by train. I've not stayed in an Inntel Hotel before but would gladly stay again. The whole experience was one of the best I've had anywhere. All the staff were brilliant and super helpful. The hotel was in a great place, fully modernised, nice big comfy rooms and it has a really nice pool. Don't be put off by how close it was to the station as we had a room directly over looking the trainline and you couldn't hear a sound. Breakfast was also good. Highly recommend staying here."
