They all went out of their way to help or chat with you; helping to make our trip extra enjoyable -- whether it was helping to hire a car, organizing a winery tour, making an excellent espeesso or helping us with laundry. "We had a wonderful time. The service was exceptional from the time we arrived till we checked out. We spoke very little Spanish but they accommodated us willing. We were upgraded to a very spacious room that was beautifully decorated. This hotel definitely feels high end and
luxurious.
Only drawback was the sauna was out on the men's locker room and we couldn't get an iron for our room. The had to do the ironing themselves which they charged for. That felt like they were nickel and dining us...

"The breakfast offerings were incredible and the room was clean and decent size. My only complaint would be when we checked in the first night there was a dirty plate that was left on a console table outside our hotel room and after a full day it was still there even though our room had been cleaned. Other than this, the hotel itself was in a great location where the restaurants were within walking distance."
