"Was very dirty. Hair all over the desk and bathtub. An empty water bottle was laying on the floor. The shower wasn't hot, breakfast had nothing to drink except coffee. Awful experience."

"Check in was a nightmare. Major confusion about getting us the room we booked and switching us to an available room. Couldn’t be done until a supervisor arrived at the hotel. Waited more than 30 minutes only to find out that they actually had the room we booked available for us. It was after 10 PM and we were exhausted from traveling all day. "
