"After an initial struggle with the self check in, we received immediate great phone assistance. All smooth, nice stay, very comfortable room and great shower facility. Nice breakfast, very kind staff, … in a few words, we will stay here again soon. "

"Sehr schöne helle Wohnung, ruhige Lage, top Aussicht. Selten findet man eine so vollständig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung und Küchenausstattung, Sogar das Racelette zu Sylvester war vorhanden. Die Gastfamilie ist sehr freundlich und bei Fragen jeder Zeit hilfsbereit."

"Location on top of the mountain, cleanliness, staff can be more attentive."

"Very good Spa! Breakfast is amazing! Ambiance is really relaxing."

"Wonderful room, fantastic view! Would have liked alittle better communication on needing to take a tram up the hill side to get to hotel. Friendly locals were quite helpful!!"

"Not a lot going on in the town while I was there, but reasonable priced rooms and friendly staff. "

"Everything was great! Nice rooms, great food and close to the arena"

"Hotel needs more signage. There's only an arrow on the road to lead you past several other buildings. Self check-in is difficult if you only speak English. Luckily a very nice front desk attendant showed up to help us. Our original room was not as described on Expedia but he moved us to a much nicer room with the accommodations we needed. Their dinner restaurant was just a short, pleasant walk and had very good food."

"Clean had a beautiful lake view from your patio"

"Lovely people. Comfortable room. Beautiful spa area. Enjoyed the visit very much. "

"I highly recommend this hotel. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is amazing. I would definitely stay there again!"

"Which service?"

"Room was very clean and modern. Convenient to where I was visiting. There were really no amenities, services,or even staff on hand, but it all worked out perfectly. Comfortable bed and pillow."
