"This time,I will make a serious comment to your hotel.
Honestly to say, The hotel itself is very good, but I felt that the staff could have been better educated.
It was a pity that the hotel could not meet the very simple requests of the guests, and that the necessary equipment such as bath towels etc., was not available.
It may be 5 star in Malacca, but it is not at the level of global 5 star hotel like a Riz carton, Four seasons, Marriott and others.

"Great in theory, but it’s a little tired. Only one of the dining options was open, which was a challenge given it’s a long way from anything else.
The pool is gorgeous but closes at 6, and the breakfast left a lot to be desired.

1. Reception service needs serious improvement. The counter was closed without any notice while I was waiting, and staff were unhelpful and some even walked away without answering questions.
