Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff. The sunroom that offers a panoramic view of Punta Arenas is great!

Great place to stay. Great staff. Delicious dinner and breakfast. Only caveat is at the moment (26 September 26) the hotel is adding a large extension to the building so there was a lot of building work noise till 6.30pm and it started again at 9am. Because of the noise it was difficult to relax.

Clean and good facilities.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was impeccable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely choose this accommodation again when I return to Punta Arenas.

I loved the old world nature of the hostel. Breakfast ,dining and entrance are all tastefully decorated ,along with older type wooden furniture. Service was friendly and good.

Very nice BandB close to the town centre. Very comfortable and clean, and the hosts are very helpful and kind.

Arrived very late and left the next morning, so didn't get much use except a comfortable bed, hot shower and to make a cup of tea. Met by a friendly staff member when I arrived. Was impressed by the room facilities, which would be great for family or groups, and at a great price. Do not know about the neighbourhood, but bus companies are only a 10 min walk away.

Of the three men’s toilets, one was unserviceable and another one couldn’t lock the door. Of the 4 men’s showers all had broken shower heads. Made it very difficult to have a proper shower. The men’s shower and toilets were not swept or mopped so there was a build up of hair on the floors. The dorms, or at least the one I stayed in was not swept once in the 4 days I was there. The common areas were but not the dorms. I’m not sure how they can attain fabulous status level. Breakfast was better...

Excellent hotel for a short stay. The rooms were clean and staff are very helpful and nice. We arrived at 3am for check in and we appreciated the speed of the check in procedure. Wifi worked well and they make delicious pisco sours!

Beautiful old building run as a lively cosy family hotel. Very comfortable room with warm bedding and a good shower. We had a lovely meal prepared for us as well.

Charming small hotel on the main square. Family room was excellent. We enjoyed our 1 night stay.
