"Located on top of the town near lift so it's quite a walk down ( 20 minutes) and back up ( more than 20 minutes) if you need a restaurant in the evening. One had to use a car and the parking below is very limited. Hotel is looking a bit dated..but it was very quiet and dark at night."

"The host of this property is friendly, charming and very attentive. We enjoyed a delicious, table d'hôtel home cooked meal. The included breakfast was really good. It was generous, tasty and varied. The emphasis is on local, unprocessed food of excellent quality. The bathrooms appear to have been refurbished, there was plenty of hot water and soft luxurious towels. The pool was clean and very refreshing. This property may not be suitable for those with mobility problems due to the steep and...

"The kids loved the animals (pig, chickens, rabbit, donkeys, horse, goats, ram) right outside our door.
Nice sized kitchen and living area. Toilet up and down stairs. Two rooms upstairs with comfortable beds and blankets.
Pool was a bit cool but loved dry and wet sauna.
It seemed they had many amenities but we were there in off season and they were not really explained to us. Like they had basketball courts but no ball…
Tons of things to do close by: monkeys, dinosaurs, caves, castles,...

A place of divine reflection.
for those who appreciate history, a good story, the romance of France and it's landscape and people, the sweetness of the good life, prefer the simple over the hard, for humans and other creatures that can still recognise life, love and adventure. For those with imagination and grit.
Not for the faint of heart, the tense or anxious.
Thank you to Ken and Sabine for their deep grace and spirit of benevolence and service that pervades everything around them.

A home away from home. This hotel and its husband and wife owners are spectacular. From the moment we checked in, we felt welcomed, like we were staying with family or friends. They were very hospitable and polite. The room itself was quite large and although old, was still very well maintained. The rooms were clean as was the bathroom. The grounds within the hotel are beautiful. We went to the local market on the weekend, bought some cheese, meats and fruit and ate in the gardens of the hotel....
