La gente que lo gestiona es muy amable y siempre mirando de ayudarte o darte conversación. El hotel se ve limpio y todo funciona perfectamente y el desayuno, fenomenal. Unfortunately there were no laundry facilities as mentioned in the description and the restaurant facilities were not available as mentioned either and we only found this out after we booked. "The hotel is located near the center of the city with a walking distance to restaurants, stores and even a large supermarket. There is a parking space next to the hotel (not an official garage). Since we visited out of the high season, we had no problem finding a space. Regarding the employees, some are very kind and some aren't. The air-conditioner in our room wasn't really effective. Breakfast was mediocre. "

"Stayed for UK half term so we could ski in Baqueira, a 15 minute drive up the valley. The apartment WS well located in ielha with the Mercadona supermarket a very short walk away as are the old town restaurant and gear shops. I’ve not given 5 stars because the boys found the sofa bed too firm (although after a couple of days skiing it didn’t matter they were so tired), the kitchen had no oven and parking was often a 5-10 minute walk away which seems even further carrying many skis and boots...
