"We had to ask for towels 4 times since 9am and finally got it at 7pm….. “oh you know how cleaning ladies are..” is not the best answer to give to your guests at 4 star hotel. Spa was nice, room huge but had dead mosquitoes on the walls and bugs walking around in the bathroom. "

"Nice resort very close to Vilnius. The lake around the resort makes this a special place. We did really enjoy the Spa and the lake. unfortunately some of the restaurants were closed and it felt a bit like not all activities were available. it was a midweek stay in July, so that might have something to do with it. However, it also meant that there was ample space at the lake."
