"Hotel is good, pleasing building and rooms. Location is good, with shops, restaurants & cafes available nearby. Driving to the hotel is a little complicated even with maps due to narrow roads around. Rooms, linen & toilets are clean. Room has a standing fan and heater. Hot water available all day. There is no lift/elevator and have to climb stairs each time which is quite tedious in this altitude. Carrying luggage is next to impossible by us but staff will do it. Free Parking is available...

"The tents were in a very good condition with clean bedding and blankets. We stayed there for two nights, the food was good, the lake view was amazing and in terms of security, it’s even safe for solo travelers. It’s almost 5-7kms away from the main tourist spot, however, it’s worth spending time in a peaceful area. "

"All in all a 3/5 star experience. Here is why: The Location was nice,but no better or worse than any other in the area. The facility was clean and spacious and the balcony view was very nice! That was very good. Staff was also friendly and trying to be helpful, they didn’t manage too well whatsoever. The water was only warm when I asked them to turn on the boiler. "We went to the venue and found there was no electricity or generator facility, only 2 staff of aged 16-18 years who were looking into the amenities, the room was pathetic and we were the only person who were supposed to stay on that day...so we didn't stay in the pathetic guest house and want the refund of our money."
