"Our family of 4 stayed in a junior suite and it was overall a great experience. There was enough room for all of us and all of our gear and the location was really good. Easy access to the gondola and an easy walk around to find food and shops.We loved the town and had a great stay here. My only complaint would have been the pool. A true test was a mix up with booking numbers via the Expedia system meaning our room had been assigned to someone else on arrival - the team handled this efficiently and fairly and couldn’t be more apologetic despite it being out of their control.
