"The location is fantastic. The staff are friendly, welcoming and the service was very efficient. The room was very clean and had plenty of space to store clothes and belongings. We both enjoyed the food and there was plenty of meat options. My partner is pescatarian and would have welcomed some vegetarian sausages options at breakfast. Otherwise the food was good quality and well presented. Overall a super hotel, great location and a very relaxing time. When we booked our room said limited views...

"The stay was an utter disappointment. Very very noisy guests, loud music, screaming and shouting and loud parties. Impossible to relax and enjoy the mountains. Some guests were even driving up and down with music blasting from their cars. Check in was good and security at the gate very friendly. Depending on your unit you have to carry your luggage from your car a fair distance to the chalet. They should get golf carts to assist with this. The resort should really clamp down on noisy guests day...

"We stayed in the 2 bedroom chalet. We'll appointed, but the carpets must go. !!! Disgusting smell(no mat to clean your feet when walking in from outside)... needs attention, the couches need a clean. The need were comfortable. Rooms spacious and kitchen well fitted out. We have been before, and our up with the smell of the carpets.... for the view. Food in restaurant was good"

"Disappointing service with the club house staff basically non-existent. They forgot my order 3 times and when we asked if it could be put to the front of the queue they said no So I didn't eat. Signage is terrible and if it's your first time there, you're going to get lost and its going to be frustrating. Rooms however are clean and comfortable. Some of the facilities are a bit dated, such as still using keys not cards, Wi-Fi is patchy and no reliable. The beach is great and enough room even...
