"Excellent hotel/spa resort. Very nice indoor and outdoor pools; comprehensive spa and relaxation facilities, wonderful location out of the touristy path. Hotel is in excellent condition, very well maintained and very well equipped."

"Just unpleasant. No one at reception for 10mins, so went to find someone. No reservation, blamed Expedia. Gave me old room with dirty balcony that adjoined another room and the people came out and looked in my room as I was in bed. Tourist bus of people ate everything at breakfast and nothing much replenished - no pastries. Bike room left open by someone, so no security. Happy to leave."

"Expedia indicated the property had washer and dryer in the room, which it did not. However, the staff allowed us to use the washer/dryer they use for laundry and saved the day. "
