Cheap Hotels in Komarom-Esztergom from NZ$80

Being one of their first guests was a rare, special and unexpected privilege! The staff at the front desk and in the hostel were warm, friendly and very helpful. The rooms are cosy and comfortable with just enough room in the window frame to sit and watch people go by. The beds are supportive and my partner and I slept well. Comfortable, clean rooms. 4 bed dorm had loads of storage and its own convenient ensuite. Superb Kitchen area on each level. Staff were always helpful. Food wasn’t available as advertised and breakfast was ok, but other than that I’d highly recommend!

I found the ladies at reception very helpful and friendly. They were willing to go the extra mile and swap around beds so I could have the one I wanted. The room was clean and it was great having curtains, it made it feel more private. The bed was set up well with a light and 2 power points. Without a doubt the best hostel I’ve stayed ever. The staff are amazing and so accommodating!! Shown the sights and the ways. Felt welcome, comfortable and at home. The rooms were awesome! Absolutely adorable the way they were decorated and the hidden narnia is my absolute favourite!! I would defiantly come back and stay again!!! Thank you guys so much for making my Budapest trip amazing!!

Great location within walking distance all places of interest. Breakfast was standard - bread with spreads, boiled eggs, cereal, salad with tea, coffee and cordial. The lift was small, old and creaky but it worked. Airport shuttle was great for EUR21 cash for three of us. We stayed in a private room which had it's own shared common area for cooking and eating. Lots of little cafes, fast food and small supermarkets were all within a block of the hostel.

Great location for walking around the city. Also very close to the popular Gellért Baths (go early!). Good facilities, great for solo traveler.

I felt that the hotel was a little isolated from main transport hub and that transport facilities were not advised by the hotel but left upto the individual patron to work out

Close to the main train station. The young man at reception was exceptional, very friendly, helpful and extremely efficient. Our room was very clean, lots of storage, comfortable and quiet. Very good value for money. We would stay again.

Great hostel- warning about late night music (from 11-2/3am) so people who sleep early beware.

Great apartment, large and has everything you need: washing machine, kitchen and seperate bedroom. The only downside would be the shower in the bathroom. The shower head is over the bath however no glass and no shower curtain. Our shower head would never stay in position and resulted in water going everywhere over the bathroom. Convenient location close to public transport, heaps of eateries. The open-space in the mìddle of the property is cool and chill to rest. Breakfast is optional and there are several nice cafes nearby to explore.

I got a twin room for myself for 2 nights here and it did the job. The location is good. The staff were friendly and welcoming. There is a garden to chill. The location is very good in the city centre. Wifi worked well. I couldn't open window for fresh air which wouldn't be good in the hot summer with no aircon. The bed wasn't perfectly comfy. Breakfast did not look appetising so I didn't try.
