My husband and I were 10 minutes late checking out because I was having a critical blood sugar low (type one diabetic), however the staff were every good about it. Domo Arigato to Yuko who went above and beyond every day in assisting with our Kochi City touring plans. We had a wonderful visit in Kochi! "
