They do hound you a little in the mornings for room service so don't expect a lay in at this place! "Rummet var inte helt rent och i väldigt dåligt/gammalt skick. Bemötandet i restaurangen och vid poolen var toppen, men i receptionen fruktansvärd. De kunde inte rekommendera någonting utöver hotellets restaurang och när vi bad dem kontakta polisen efter att vi hade bevittnat ett slagsmål med yxor (!!!) precis utanför porten skakade de bara på huvudet. Vi hade bokat transfer till flygplatsen och informerat om att vi hade många väskor - bilen som sen kom var mycket liten. Endast en av våra väskor...

"The rooms are very nice with the perfect view of the pool and ocean. There is unfortunately no swimming allowed in the ocean in front of the hotel. We found the staff a little unorganized at times but would still highly recommend this hotel. "

Spoke to the assistant manager who was extremely apologetic and arranged to change us to an upgraded room and for us to eat at their sister hotel next door.
