From the moment I arrived, the exceptional customer service set the tone for my visit. Every team member I interacted with demonstrated an impressive level of attentiveness, care, and kindness. Upon check-in, I was warmly greeted by Bhagya at the reception. Her attentiveness and thorough explanations of the hotel’s facilities made navigating this expansive property a breeze. I was fortunate to be upgraded to a Sea View room, which was a delightful surprise and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Dipali, the Guest Relations Executive, truly went above and beyond. She took the time to personally escort me to my room, explaining all the amenities and answering my numerous questions with genuine enthusiasm. Her passion for hospitality was evident in the way she greeted each guest with respect and warmth. This personal touch made my experience memorable and truly enjoyable. I also want to highlight Sanjay, the VIP Executive, who was incredibly attentive and accommodating. He assisted me with a late check-out, ensuring that my departure was as smooth and stress-free as my arrival. Wonderfull stay!

bo We had a wonderful two-day stay at Cinnamon Life and truly enjoyed every moment. Everything — and I really mean everything — was excellent. The hotel’s architecture is stunning and modern, creating a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step inside. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Our room was very comfortable, and the cleanliness and hygiene were clearly of a high standard. Every detail felt well thought out and well maintained. We genuinely hope that the high quality of service and standards we experienced will continue in the future. Cinnamon Life is a place we would absolutely recommend, and we would gladly return. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Beautiful property but last day they had a concert which was so loud that we couldn't rest in our room. They should have informed us ahead of time and given option to move our room to the other side. Also at check out, they were not able to refund the pre auth amount back to us due to machine malfunction so hoping to hear back from them soon on that.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine care. Ms. Dipali Deore, G. R. E, greeted us with a heartfelt Ayubōwan like no other and made us feel instantly at home. She went above and beyond, personally escorting us to our room and giving us a detailed walkthrough of the in-room and hotel amenities. Her passion for service was truly evident—she serves from the heart. At the front desk, Mr. Fayaz, Manager on Duty, led his team with professionalism and grace. Mr. Adhil Marikka, our check-in agent, was both professional and accommodating. After our long-haul journey from New York City, Adhil ensured a swift and seamless check-in, honoring our request for a Lotus Tower view and making the entire process efficient and stress-free. A special shout-out to the transportation coordination team, who ensured that all our local transfers were punctual and smooth.
