"Loved it here at Royal international hotel, from the room to the cleaners,the restaurant everyone was lovely, my husband found the reception staff a little bit inexperienced though! They didn't understand him or his brother as guest! When questions were asked they kinder stood there like they spoke a foreign language! They are from the UK and spoke English, so my husband could not understand why they acted this way!!"
