"I booked a Lakeview Cinderella cottage and was given a Cinderella cottage in the back of the resort. MAINSTAY, for the love of god, you cannot expect to charge the prices you do and not have proper air conditioning in your rooms. "There was no soap in the showers and no house keeping service on Sunday, had to change rooms because of large holes in the door, new room was no different holes in the door also, staff said they ran out of soap. Loud noise from party hall on the first level can be heard on the third level."
