"Nice drive to John Day Fossil Beds National Monument'"

"The room was quite spacious and well maintained. I liked the bathroom decor and the outside area which included chairs and picnic tables near a garden that attracted birds. The amenities were good and included a table and chairs which were very useful. We enjoyed our two night stay here."

"Lovely quiet property on a working farm, well-stocked although needs USB, USB-C etc charging ports. Active but friendly dogs, so if you do not like dogs, maybe not the place for you; I enjoyed them. It was the perfect spot to explore the John Day National Monument area, and the view from the front porch was lovely."

"Clean, quiet, and cozy!!"

"Perfect base from which to enjoy Prairie City and the surrounding area."

"A great little abode for the small town. Very comfortable, relaxing, and accommodating. Really appreciated the token of kindness with the farm fresh eggs- that I hate to say we didn’t get to enjoy."

"The house is truly in a beautiful area! The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans as well as many condiments and general supplies. Beds were super comfortable and the living arrangements and deck worked well for our family of six - 2 kids, grandparents and parents. It was a great location for exploring the John Day fossil beds. "

"We had a fantastic time at the farm with our doggos. The host was very accessible for questions before our trip, and the farmhouse is a great, tidy getaway for families (kids and the dog kind)!"

"Nice stay. Would be nice to have chaise lounge on deck. "

"Nice, quiet and clean place. Well stocked with everything we needed. Great location."

"The place was just how it was listed. Nice and clean. Communication was great. Would stay there again."

"This is a beautiful home, on property. Conveniently located to John Day and Canyonville, yet just the right distance from them to be extremely peaceful! No sirens or horns. The home is large, great kitchen, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Large front and back decks to enjoy the outdoors. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, I was sad to leave. I was surrounded by deer and the beautiful scenery. The view from the front porch is spectacular and the starry night skies are huge. Beautiful home...
