"Close to town, clean room. Older property, but nice and clean, comfy beds. Breakfast is much better than most continental style breakfast. Location is great , just a few minutes by car to town. "

"Always a great stay at this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and large rooms. Love the deck off the back of the hotel. Breakfast was good with a good variety. It is a short drive to downtown Galena, but get downtown early as parking is hard to find. My only issue with my stay is the bed is too soft for me. "

"This is our 'go to' when visiting Dubuque- which we do often. SUPER excited with the renovations being done. LOVE the carpetless flooring. Would appreciate a few more pillows on the bed. Breakfast was great- stocked and cleaned often. Thanks for the great stay! We will be back!"

"We've stayed here many times. Easy to get to, convenient and easy parking. Only "complaint"-threshold of door to bathroom needs to be addressed-very loose and tripping hazard. "
