"The Gridley House is gorgeous! It is exactly as pictured and a pleasure to stay in. Everything was wonderful! The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms are spacious and clean, the kitchen has everything needed for cooking, and the outdoor patio and balcony are perfect for morning coffee and tea. The atmosphere is comforting and the surroundings are picturesque. You will not find another house or property in the area quite like this one. This estate has it all! "Our family had a lot of fun playing volleyball in the pool. We enjoyed the games in the basement, but some of them didn’t work right or cost money. We loved seeing rabbits play in the yard and even spotted some deer. We would have loved to fish in the pond but it was totally algae covered and had very limited access for fishing. Overall our family had a great time being together at this house with it’s quiet and peaceful setting."

"Nicely decorated home. It was cold while we were there and the furnace does not heat the basement rooms well at all. More blanket options would be nice Also many trash bags were not removed from outside the door from the previous guests and raccoons got in it both nights we were there, which we felt obligated to clean up."

"We made a trip down to the Ark Encounter and with a family of 7 decided we wanted a place for all of us, rather than hotel rooms. This A-frame cottage was perfect! Everyone had a bed, plenty of space and it was even decorated for Christmas! The large front windows give it a wonderful cottagey feel! We will definitely recommend this place to friends!"
