"What a jewel in northern Vermont! Phineas Swann Inn and Spa is in a beautiful, serene setting close to the Trout River. Our room was warmly decorated, extremely clean with a very comfortable bed and well-appointed bathroom. The quiet setting and dark drapes allowed us to sleep a little later before we enjoyed a delicious breakfast prepared by Kasi. "This little guest house was perfect for our needs! It is clean and has fun rustic features like oil lamps that have been converted to electric lights. It was just enough space for my partner and I to be cozy. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pans if you want to cook. The house is close to the rail trail and we went for a nice walk. It's a quiet area, but a busy road in between Johnson and Cambridge. We would definitely stay here again!"
