"We went for my husband's 50th birthday and had a great time. The rooms and grounds were beautiful. There was always something to do, You could relax or party. Your choice. I thought the food was very good. Especially the Strip steakhouse, Sofritos which served authentic Dominican food, and the Italian Restaurant on the Dreams Onyx side which we had access to. The only recommendation I have to improve the experience for travelers is that there should be more beach/pool chairs available. The resort was sold out the days I was there and we had to rent a cabana for $150 for 1 day because we couldn't find any available chairs on the beach or by the pool. The cabana was amazing, but I don't think we should have had to pay any additional money to find a place to sit/lay out after spending so much money for a warm weather vacation. There should be a chair for every guest without upselling you for a $100 covered bed/$150 cabana on the beach or $300 for an "open bar" seat near the pool when the entire resort is open bar/all inclusive. Overall, it was wonderful and I will be back. Next time I will bring my reuseable metal straws because to be environmentally friendly the bars don't have straws or only have paper straws. "

"Really accommodating, friendly, nice, professional, helpful and available staff. Entertainment staff (Louis, Franklin, Louis, Antonio, Evelin, Yufreisi etc. are great and work really hard with day & evening activities. They have something different every night and try to get everyone involved. We had a great time at all the parties and shows. Bartenders were great, plentiful and super friendly (Dorka, Carlos, Franklin, etc.). Pool and beach are beautifully set up and clean. Rooms are a nice size, full beds & an extra cot they added that was comfortable w/ couch and back porch area. "

"Where do I begin…from the moment I was greeted with champagne to Jesus who checked me in at the front desk (outstanding) and made sure that everything was to my satisfaction every time he saw me…although the food wasn’t 5 star it was good and very good at some of the places. Yoel who was the manager at Magna and the Grille took great care of me as well as all the wait staff. Gregory was the best though and took great care of me at Casa Isabelle and at breakfast. He made me feel like a queen. Cherelyn aka Honey is the best entertainment organizer (and a friend) and amazing at her job and at getting the crowd going. Eduardo (Panda), I will miss you as well. Maria, you took such great care of my room and went beyond what any housekeeper has done in any hotel I’ve stayed at. Thank you sooooo much. Juan and my girl who brought me coconut waters and skinny margaritas all day, thank you so very much. I know I am forgetting some people but I can’t mention everyone. This place was 5 star for sure. Oh and the girl who made my ice coffee every day and didn’t need me to tell her after day one what I wanted, thank you to you. Coffee is very important!!! I will be back for sure!!!"

"Room was great, clean and spacious. There was a smell of something, maybe cleaning chemicals, that persistent through the week. Staff is FANTASTIC, great food options, clean outdoor. The only thing that this resort is missing is the crystal clear Caribbean ocean water, but the pools can make it if you are a pool person."
