"Beautiful, peaceful and quiet and relaxing place in midst of busy city. Clean and comfortable. Excellent friendly and helpful staff, accommodating to our needs. Food was GREAT! Each room uniquely and beautifully appointed, many different cozy places to relax (courtyard, library, rooftop terrace). "

"Even though the hotel isn't old, it's run down. It hasn't been looked after properly. Dirty walls, bathroom cleanliness ok, beds uncomfortable. There would a lot of renovations be needed to make this hotel attractive again. The staff is very friendly, especially the people from the reception. Breakfast is basic but yummy and made fresh for you. Location is very good!"

"The pictures and description of the property did not match the actual property at all. They are absolutely misleading. The property was very filthy with many cockroaches. The wall in the kitchen was peeling. The dishes and appliances were extremely old and the light wasn’t even working in the fridge. The locks for the balcony door in the living room were broken so you couldn’t lock it, making the property very unsafe. The owner used chains since door locks were broken. There was also so much...

"Schrecklich! Ein totes Resort ohne Gäste und von der Zeit stark verlebt. Das Zimmer stank, das Bad war eine totale Katastrophe - dreckig und nichts funktionierte. Die Tür zur Terrasse war nicht abschließbar, sodass man jederzeit in unser Zimmer spazieren konnte. Auf Nachfragen sagte man uns, dass die Techniker schon weg seien. Auf die Bitte hin ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen, rief der nette und hilfsbereite Mann an der Rezeption bei der Managerin an, die ihn anschrie und meinte:"I don't care!!!"...
