The hotel is ideally located, well-managed, and offers a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean, the service is good, and the breakfast is enjoyable. Overall, a pleasant experience and a great choice for visitors, especially during the October festival. Highly recommended!
The standout part of our stay was the professionalism and solicitousness of the staff. They really go above and beyond.
The hotel is located outside the small and unremarkable town of El Jadida - too far to walk at an hour's distance and unknown and complicated for taxi drivers. Best to show them the hotel on GPS and guide them on the way there.
At the hotel one can enjoy the (unheated) large outdoor pool and terrace area, which has plenty of lounge chairs and tables. There is a large hammam and well equipped gym, and currently one dining room with limited menu options for lunch, dinner and room service. However, they generously prepared a delicious off-menu vegetable soup to accommodate this traveller. The breakfast buffet is exceptional: large with multiple cereal options, breads and jams, eggs any style, fresh fruit and juices, coffee and teas, and traditional Moroccan fare - it was a highlight of our stay.
The rooms and bathrooms are a generous size and the showers are superb. The TV has a good assortment of English, French and Arabic news channels and shows, plus access to streaming services. A small note for housekeeping: maybe turn down the atomic-strength flush of the toilet and vacuum the carpets between visitors. Also perhaps offer a recycling container for plastic bottles; just a thought. I wouldn't insist on a sea view: the beach can be seen from the street, it's full of litter, and the road can be noisy with street traffic. Ask for a pool view.
This hotel was outstanding and the staff were the most incredible, kind and helpful people. Redouane and Mansour made our stay extra special. These 2 men work insanely hard and it shows how much they care about the guests. I cannot recommend this hotel more. It was brand new and absolutely stunning! A must stay. Management - if you’re reading this… give those 2 guys a raise! I’ve never had better hospitality in my life.
