"Property staff isn’t the best but the hotel was great "

"I stayed on the first floor, all the way to the right at the end of hall. I had NO HOT WATER at all, and very little water pressure when I tried to use the shower the next morning! I had to check out without showering that morning because I had to get to a project meeting. When I checked out, the attendant stated that they thought they had the problem fixed and that they thought it was on the opposite end of the first floor. He took my name and number and said he would notify management. The stay was on 4/7, and I have not been contacted as of yet. A simple refund or a free night would be the appropriate way to remedy the situation."

"We stayed here during visit to MSU. Decently priced hotel close to MSU and had all amenities including breakfast."

"Breakfast was good, scrambled eggs, sausage, mini pancakes, variety of toast, bagels and cereal. Fresh fruit. Variety of beverages. My family enjoyed the breakfast. Overall it was a pleasant stay. "

"One night stay. Breakfast was great and open until 10:30am which was amazing. Staff were friendly. Hotel was very dirty. Common areas were not vacuumed, the corners of the room were filthy. The bodywash in the shower was completely empty, it worked because it blew air out. Hotel was older and it showed. Faucet dripped, carpets are worn, bathroom light fixture sometimes worked. Sheets were clean. I would recommend staying someplace cheaper that is equally unclean."

"Great staff the minute we arrived, didnt have to wait long even though they were very busy. They had a very large group in front of us but he c was very polite and we didn't wait long. The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was very good . Even though there was a large group of students they kept everything full and hot. Kudos to your staff, we will be back again. "

"When I checked in the host could not speak legible English so I had to figure out where my room was. Couldn't use the shower because the drain was sealed shut. Tried to notify the desk to fix it but he just babbled incoherently then hung up. TRY hiring some Americans."

"The pool was poorly maintained and water was cloudy! Ice maker was broke and the hallways smelled like pot! "
