"Servicio al cliente en recepción malísimo, incomprensibles con el huesped-cliente. El personal de house keeping agradable. El desayuno pobre, pobre, pobre, escasísimo, en ocasiones aún en el horario establecido solo había café, tenían dos botellas de cremora líquida mezclada con agua una de ellas con vainilla y azúcar y la otra original que no debía tener azúcar, pero la tenía, ambas eran iguales con azúcar. Avena en bolsitas para microondas sin envase para prepararla. Estuve 8 noches hubo avena en 2 ocasiones, hubo huevo hervido en 2 ocasiones metidos dentro de una bolsita plástica, aspecto desagradable. En la habitación ningún tipo de artículo para cocinar con una estufa eléctrica de inducción sin ninguna cacerola de inducción. Una lavandería común carisima sin detergentes para lavar. En el baño 1 mini jabón para la ducha y otro mini jabón para el lavabo. La compra del servicio fue para 2 huéspedes."
