"Could not check into the hotel, apparently it has been sold to a new owner and is under renovation, currently closed. I had to check in a different hotel in the area which I paid for full price. I’d like to get a refund on this."

Then one receptionist told me the manager was coming to sort this out: then after one full hour of wasting my time with faulty card machines, another receptionist told me that I had to go away, find cash and pay and they would not allow me to stay without me paying in cash first.
