"The staff are very polite and professional. I still remember on of them who went extra mile in his job. His name is FABRICE. A young man, very polite and helpful. I’ve left some clothes in the wardrobe. He managed to arrange for me to collect them couple of days later when I came back to Abidjan from the countryside. The room cleaner, a young later that I don’t know the name, kindly notify it to the reception ant securely left the clothes in a safe place. Well done to all of them at the reception. "

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times. The airport shuttle runs every 15 minutes. This ensures a stress free experience getting to the airport. Out of the many Onomo hotels that I have stayed in over the years this one was by far the best ! "

"This hôtel is superb. Not only is it beautiful but it’s quiet, clean and the service is excellent. Breakfast is gourmet food, everything is fresh and tasty. The only thing I noticed is the size of the room. I had a standard room but it’s a bit small. Otherwise everything is great and I will definitely come back and recommend it. "
